- 150g Flour

- 300ml Coconut milk

- Pandan extract

- pinch of salt.

- 150g Grated coconut

- 100g Palm sugar

- 50ml Water

- 1 Pandan leaf

- Filling: Simmer water, palm sugar, and pandan leaf until the sugar melts. Add the grated coconut and cook until the liquid is absorbed.

- Crepe: Whisk crepe ingredients into a smooth, thin batter.

- Cook: Pour a ladle of batter into a non-stick pan, swirling to make a thin pancake. Cook until the edges lift; do not flip.

- Roll: Place a spoonful of filling on a crepe, fold in the sides, and roll it up like a spring roll.
