💡 For the most authentic flavor, use a mix of coconut milk and coconut cream! 🔊
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 can of coconut cream
- 1 can of coconut water
- 1 cup of fresh milk
- 1 cup of water (optional)
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- ½ cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of half & half
- Blend: Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Remove Foam: After blending, let the mixture sit for a minute and then use a spoon to remove the foam from the top. This ensures your limber is solid and creamy rather than full of air bubbles.
- Pour: Pour the liquid into plastic cups (the 7 oz, 8 oz, or 12 oz sizes are the most popular).
- Freeze: Place the cups in the freezer for 6 to 8 hours, or until they are completely rock-solid.
- Enjoy! To eat, just squeeze the bottom of the cup to «pop» the limber up, or turn it over and put it back in the cup for easier eating!
