Add a tiny splash of lime juice for an extra zing that cuts through the mayo! 🔊

Another famous dip we use in our kitchens is to dip tostones, mofongo, sorrullos, arañitas, and other snacks.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 cups of mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ cups of ketchup
  • ½ tsp of garlic paste
  • 1 tsp of adobo

 

Method:

 

  • In a small cup or a small bowl, mix 2 cups of mayonnaise, 1 ½ or 2 cups of ketchup, or squish the ketchup bottle 2 times, and put ½ tsp of garlic paste (optional), 1 tsp of adobo, and mix all the ingredients until the mayo and ketchup get smooth.
